B Lab is the nonprofit network behind B Corp Certification, and our vision is to transform the global economy into one that is inclusive, equitable, and regenerative, valuing all stakeholders—workers, communities, and the planet—not just shareholders. The Wear Your Values Weekend arrives at a pivotal moment: B Lab recently unveiled new certification standards that move beyond traditional point-based scoring to require minimum performance across seven core areas, such as Climate Action, Environmental Stewardship & Circularity, and more.

FABSCRAP is a movement of changemakers and your one-stop textile reuse and recycling resource. Throughout the weekend, FABSCRAP will host sorting tables, where you can get involved in keeping waste out of landfill!

Why sort with FABSCRAP? Before textiles can be recycled, every piece has to pass through human hands. Textile waste is often mixed with all kinds of extras (think metal zippers, paper tags, plastic sequin, and sticker labels), but only certain fabrics can be recycled. That’s where FABSCRAP volunteers come in: carefully sorting and deconstructing each item, removing stickers, staples, paper headers, and trims like zippers, buttons, and sequins, to prep the fabric to be recycled.

Climate Cafe helps you face your climate anxiety, connects you to impactful local organizing, and keeps you motivated through camaraderie, creativity, and fun.  Alone, we burn out.  Together we thrive!
